A bit about what you will be doing:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Events Executive to join our central Sales and Events team. As Events Executive you will contribute to the delivery of The Evolv Collection sales strategy, with responsibility for handling and managing private dining, group bookings events and exclusive hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise all revenue opportunities for The Evolv Collection restaurants for private dining, exclusive hires and group bookings, cross-selling and up-selling as appropriate
- Source, research and proactively contact new business prospects through the most appropriate channel
- Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business
- Develop and maintain agent, corporate, DMC and event organiser database
- Solicit feedback from clients by following up each event to enhance customer experience
- General administration support, trace files
- Adjustments figures collation and inputting
- Attend and work on events at the restaurants and venues as required
Key Requirements:
- Proactive and enthusiastic, seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Inbound telephone call handling experience
- Knowledge of restaurant industry or event industry
- Rational problem solver
- Able to work under pressure
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
