If you're a hospitality sales professional who knows how to turn a show-around into a signed contract and a first-time client into a loyal one, we want to hear from you. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to take ownership of the sales function at one of the City of London's most established venue. With a unique, fully private lower ground floor space accommodating up to 180 guests unlike anything else in the Square Mile plus a semi-private restaurant area and vibrant main bar, this venue has genuine commercial potential and the product to back it up. It's already performing. Now we need the right person to take it further. The Role Based on site Monday to Friday, you'll manage a high volume of inbound enquiries, conduct compelling show-arounds, and own every booking from first contact through to flawless execution. In a venue operating at this volume, the difference between a good event and a great one comes down to organisation, communication and attention to detail and you'll be the person who makes sure nothing is ever left to chance. You'll be the critical link between clients, chefs, management and the front of house team. That means clear, timely communication at every stage ensuring everyone has what they need, when they need it, so that every event lands exactly as promised. Clients will trust you because you follow through. The team will rely on you because you keep them informed. And every guest will leave not knowing how much work went on behind the scenes because that's exactly how it should be. You won't just be reactive. We're looking for someone who will proactively grow a pipeline across the City, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with our marketing team to bring new clients through the door while keeping existing ones engaged. The City of London's corporate market is unrivalled the right person will know how to work it. You'll also be part of a wider Mosaic sales team, meeting monthly to connect, share strategy and celebrate success. What We're Looking For Proven experience in hospitality or venue sales, ideally in a private events or F&B-led environment Exceptionally organised you manage complexity without losing the detail A clear, confident communicator across all levels, from clients to kitchen Committed to seamless delivery you take personal ownership of every event going right Confident in conducting show-arounds and converting at high volume Proactive and pipeline-focused you don't wait for the phone to ring Knowledge of the City of London corporate and events market is a strong advantage The Package £40,000 base salary Quarterly bonus scheme up to £9,000 per year A high-performing, established team behind you Real autonomy and scope to shape the role
