Role Overview We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. Engaging leads to qualify opportunities, progress pitches and ultimately close deals Presenting our products and solutions to prospective clients (you’ll be well coached on this!) Managing a pipeline of opportunities using Hubspot Working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates Learning fast, taking feedback on board, and continually improving your sales skills Chasing targets and smashing goals Contributing to our Sales strategy - sharing insights from the market (customer feedback, objections, competitor activity) to constantly inform and improve our playbook
What We’re Looking For
A self-starter with relentless drive Strong communicator - confident speaking to people on calls, emails and in meetings Resilient, coachable and motivated to learn fast in a startup environment Organised and proactive - comfortable managing a busy pipeline via CRM Minimum of 18 months’ experience in B2B sales ideally in a fast-paced or high growth environment Commercially curious - can create propositions that add and retain customer value Team player who collaborates well with marketing, product and customer success
