The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing new business with the overall aim of increasing sales and profitability of the dealership.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business by researching potential customers and their needsAnalyse the market and develop and implement sales plans and strategiesNegotiate with potential customers to secure the best outcome for the companyMaintain contact with existing customers and up-sell additional products and servicesEnsure that customer service levels are maintainedWork autonomously and as part of a teamRequirementsPrevious experience in a Main Dealership setting is desirable but not essentialProven track record of success in achieving targetsAbility to develop relationships with customersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamGood organisational and time management skillsCreative problem-solving skillsKnowledge of customer service principles and practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
