Position Colchester Ford Transit Centre is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard‑working and friendly team on site, consisting of 3 Sales Executives selling New & Used Commercial Vehicles. Contract Type: Permanent, full time Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission) Hours: 44 hours per week, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday (1 in 3) Responsibilities

Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives Negotiating the final price for the sale Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers

The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving vehicle sales by building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service and delivering a positive buying experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicles, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is result‑driven, has a passion for the automotive industry, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be expected to hit targets so ambition and hard work are essential. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential as we are always looking for fresh talent. A full UK driving licence is required. Benefits
