What You’ll Do
Identify Opportunities: Use LinkedIn and other tools to research prospects and connect with key decision‑makers. Grow Client Base: Nurture existing B2B accounts while expanding our portfolio through proactive outreach. Pitch & Close Deals: Deliver tailored presentations, negotiate confidently, and convert leads into clients. Collaborate on Sales Strategy: Work closely with the New Business Manager to unlock new opportunities. Manage Your Pipeline: Stay organised with daily follow‑ups, tracking progress and responding to enquiries promptly. Handle Payments: Monitor deposits and support clients to ensure timely, smooth transactions. Build Your Career: Receive regular coaching and support to exceed KPIs and develop professionally.

Source New Business: Use LinkedIn, research, and proactive phone outreach to introduce Corinthian’s offerings, generate interest, and engage new prospects. Drive Sales Performance: Respond to inbound enquiries, pitch tailored event solutions, and work towards ambitious sales targets. Collaborate & Grow: Partner with the New Business Manager to uncover new opportunities and expand the client base. Client Engagement: Attend occasional meetings and industry events to build relationships and represent Corinthian professionally. Manage Pipeline & Payments: Follow up on leads, track deposit payments, and ensure smooth client transactions. Sales‑Driven Mindset: Bring proven sales experience, a competitive edge, and a self‑motivated, financially driven attitude.
