Earnings are totally uncapped, and our top achievers earn over £90,000 per annum. 8:45 am – 5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, no evenings or weekends. Manchester City Centre, next to Victoria Station. Key Responsibilities
Promote the SafeCheck service to the SME sector through outbound B2B calling, utilising Salesforce data to develop new business and create connections. Employ the Salesforce system with a proactive, model‑led approach. Shed appointments for field‑based SafeCheck consultants to meet with business owners. Build relationships over multiple call attempts to grow the pipeline of callbacks. Meet daily targets, the incentive to drive commissions. Deliver a fast‑paced, consultative, target‑driven selling experience that delivers incredible rewards.

Qualifications and Requirements
Experience in a B2B or B2C sales role. Confidence in making outbound calls; no script – initiate conversations, ask relevant questions and extract leads. Strong personality to build relationships over the telephone. Ability to work to daily targets, showing drive and self‑awareness. Aiming for ambition—whether that’s earning the highest commission, winning tickets to sales conferences abroad, or pursuing future career growth.
