We're currently recruiting a dedicated Sales Executive to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.As a Sales Executive, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here's what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:To raise the profile of the company with existing and new clientsPromptly respond to all incoming sales enquiries, drive conversion rate, arrange site visits and contract bookingProactively process event enquiries and to actively work as part of the sales team to increase and enhance revenues achieving overall targets.Conducting reactive sales activities including responding to telephone and e-mail enquiriesProactively sell the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handlingEnsuring high level of conversion of bookings to achieve and exceed targets set.Work with event planners effectively to provide a seamless handover for final event detailsNurture client relationships to maximise all upselling and sales opportunities.Network with internal and external stakeholders.Our ideal Sales Executive will:Strong communication skillsStrong organisation skillsAn ability to sell a product / package.Ability to deal with a wide range of peopleConfidenceGood attention to detailPrevious experience within the Hospitality SectorKnowledge of Delphi booking system (but not essential)Part of Compass Group UK&I, Restaurant Associates provides brilliant hospitality through our food, drink and services.
