We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for sales and customer care. About The Role Key Responsibilities
Sell a wide range of new and used vehicles tailored to individual customer needs. Guide customers through the entire vehicle‑buying journey, delivering solutions that meet their requirements. Follow up and convert leads from CRM systems and other sources into successful sales. Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products (full training provided). Build strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions. Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
Proven sales experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a target‑driven environment. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while converting leads into sales. Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English. Full, valid UK driving licence.

Required Criteria
At least 1 year of previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets. A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English. A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office.
Desired Criteria
Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous.
