The Role

This is a sales-driven, target-based role.

Key responsibilities:

Business development (cold calling, lead generation)
Building and managing client relationships
Candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Working towards and exceeding sales targets

Salary & Earnings

Base salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
