Key Responsibilities & Expectations
You'll be paid a percentage of every sale you make and you'll love taking ownership of the full 360 cycle. You'll have the benefit of being able to attend industry events and trade shows to help boost your pipeline, as well as being fantastic on the phone and in front of decision makers. Moving the goalposts with your commission target will be a thing of the past, as this company gives you clear and transparent targets, and support to achieve them. Upbeat and fueled by the incentive of good commission, you'll love the constant learning that the technology sector brings.
You’ll be consulting at C‑Suite level with HNW individuals and advising them on how your tech solution can generate some mega returns for their investments. Ideally, you’ll have experience selling over the phone, be familiar with selling complex tech solutions, and be investment‑savvy. The sales process isn’t immediate, but once your pipeline’s up and running, there should be a steady flow of high‑value sales each month.
Compensation
You’ll be given a basic salary of up to £35k, along with a commission structure allowing for over £150k OTE.
Team & Training
You’ll be working closely within a team of 3 and will receive support and in‑depth technical training on the solutions sold.
