We are currently looking for a passionate Sales Executive , to join our Sales & Marketing Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Sales Executive, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Deal with all client enquiries, ensuring clients receive relevant quotes and proposal within 4 hours of enquiry received. All high value of pieces of business are noted to Events Revenue Director. Ensure Delphi is accurate at all times to include the events diary, reflecting the current and future availability and status of all events. To also record all enquiries including turndowns, and to track client correspondence, conversations and chase calls to clients. To conduct showrounds of Royal Lancaster London to prospective clients, inviting key members of the team to assist in converting the business. Assist with social events, fam trips or special events on behalf of Royal Lancaster London. To role model all procedures set within department ie. BDRC criteria set for enquiry taking. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
