If you’ve got experience in timber or builders’ merchant sales and enjoy working closely with customers to deliver the right solutions, this is a great opportunity to be part of a knowledgeable, close-knit team in a busy and rewarding environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face Preparing accurate and competitive quotes Processing orders and ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry to delivery Building strong relationships with trade customers while identifying opportunities to grow sales Promoting the full range of timber and building materials available Working closely with colleagues to deliver a consistently high level of service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Sales experience within a timber merchant or builders’ merchant (essential) Strong product knowledge of timber and building materials Confident communication and negotiation skills A proactive, customer-focused approach Comfortable using order systems, email, and basic IT tools A team player who takes pride in delivering a great service Reliable transport due to branch location Right to work in the UK

Hours 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm alternate Saturdays Holiday 21 days per year plus Bank Holidays Benefits
