Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Team Valley, Gateshead. The Sales Executive role comes with a basic of £32,500 and OTE up to £50,000 in year one. Responsibilities
Keep CRM records accurate and consistently updated in line with company standards Create clear, professional sales proposals and quotations Advise customers on applicable legislation and support compliance with waste management regulations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery Evaluate customer needs, objectives, and deadlines to tailor solutions Turn inbound enquiries into completed sales within agreed timeframes
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools Capable of working independently, motivated to meet and exceed sales targets Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills
