The Role

• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry to reservation

• Deliver excellent customer service on site

• Qualify buyers and secure reservations

• Promote optional upgrades and recommended services

• Review local market activity and competitor developments

• Work weekends and bank holidays with days off during the week

About You

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Confident communicator with excellent organisation

• Computer literate

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

• Property or new homes sales experience advantageous but not essential
