OverviewSales Executive role at Hotel Co 51. You will be part of the Regional Sales team and act as a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels. You will be based in the South West – Southampton area, supporting three Moxy hotels, with travel to client sites or events as needed.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, qualify, respond to sales leads, and arrange appointments for the Regional Sales Manager, covering Moxy Bristol, Plymouth and Southampton hotels.Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions.Join-in on sales projects, executing activities that support the commercial direction of your hotels.Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and our disruptive sales culture.Join sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients.Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support as needed.Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships.Research and identify new leads.Provide support for the Group reservations team, if needed.Using our CRM, SFA Web, to manage leads and track performance.Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts.Represent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.Responsibilities (Continued)Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information.Generate and organise sales reports using multiple data systems.Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution in the managed segments, and client engagement.LanguageBusiness proficient English.ProfileDetailed and accurate in all you do, especially data.Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication.Ability to work under own initiative.Positive, entrepreneurial, and open-minded approach to challenges.Creative and innovative in improving processes and driving results.Trusted by others through consistent authenticity and ethical standards.Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient at Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong organisational and time management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Future Career ProgressionThis role is an ideal stepping stone to a senior sales role within an ambitious company.Ongoing training and development through Marriott programmes and 1:1 coaching with your line manager.A fully supportive sales culture with high-level talent to learn from.Exposure to regional and international sales strategies.Education and Professional CertificationHigh School diploma or equivalent required.Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk.Experience in select-service or lifestyle hotel brands is a plus.Previous experience in a multi-property or cluster sales role is advantageous.Who We AreHotel Co 51 is a growing hotel management company headquartered in Amsterdam and part of the Vastint Group.
