Job Responsibilities
Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and outreach efforts.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales or business development within a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Knowledge of the technology or software solutions industry is advantageous.
Relevant sales or business development certifications are desirable. xbpsjku
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
