The Role This is a phone-based, relationship-focused position where you will:
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Confidently identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Support account management and ongoing client retention Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint Work towards individual and team targetsWhat We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, internal sales, telesales, or a similar phone-based role Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers Naturally commercially aware with an ability to spot opportunities Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Strong relationship-building skills Organised with good attention to detailWhat’s on Offer Competitive salary plus bonus structure Monday to Friday working (no weekends) Modern, supportive office environment Free on-site parking Gym subsidy Clear opportunity for development and progression
