Sales Executive

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

Salary: Starting at £24,000 per annum, OTE £45,000+ (Top performer earns £80,000)

The Role

Our company is growing rapidly, and we are excited to be building a new, dynamic sales team .

We are looking for four enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can help us achieve our growth targets while bringing fresh energy to the office.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. * Deliver fantastic customer service by phone and email. * Handle inbound and outbound calls with energy and confidence. * Generate leads and build a solid client database. * Keep everything organised through accurate admin and record keeping. * Gain a strong understanding of the business and services.

Skills and Qualifications

* Commitment to the highest level of customer service. * Meticulous and efficient work style. * Flexibility to adapt to the role's requirements. * Strong communication skills (both written & verbal). * Ability to work under pressure while staying positive. * Quick to learn and absorb important product information. * Previous sales or lead generation experience is a bonus. * Effective and accurate administration skills. * Ability to build strong relationships. * Confident in business-to-business telesales. * Strong IT skills.
