What You Will Be Doing
Identifying and connecting with potential new clients across various industries. Developing new business opportunities with both new and existing customers. Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key decision‑makers. Understanding the specific needs of clients to offer effective engineering solutions. Creating and implementing strategies to generate new leads. Scheduling appointments for the field‑based sales engineering team. Working towards and achieving realistic revenue targets.
Who They’re Looking For
At least one year of experience in a B2B (business‑to‑business) sales role. Experience within an engineering or technical environment would be an advantage but is not essential. A genuine interest in learning about facility engineering solutions. The ability to analyse market information and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. A collaborative team player who is focused on providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
