Our client, a five-star builder, invites you to join their team on their stunning developments in Knaresborough or Ripon! We're searching for a dedicated New Homes Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, or Sales Advisor to represent our client and become a crucial part of our team.

About the Role:

  • Take ownership of the development sales arena.

  • Manage customer inquiries through various channels.

  • Qualify customers, establish needs, and secure reservations.

  • Promote company-recommended services for a seamless customer experience.

  • Maximise sales of optional upgrades and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular reviews of market competition and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Undertake new home inspections and ensure customer well-being.

  • Adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and business unit Sales Manual.

What You Will Have:

  • Exceptional organisational and self-management skills.

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a drive to achieve sales targets.

  • Computer literacy is essential.

  • Full UK driving license and car ownership are essential.

  • Sales experience in the housing industry is advantageous but not essential.

  • Availability to work regular weekends and bank holidays.
