The Role This is a phone-based, relationship-focused position where you will:
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Confidently identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Support account management and ongoing client retention
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Work towards individual and team targets
What Were Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, internal sales, telesales, or a similar phone-based role
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
  • Naturally commercially aware with an ability to spot opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Organised with good attention to detail
