Job Description: Sales Executive at Homeward Legal


Location: Remote / Hybrid (Required to attend office in London every Friday 9am - 5pm)

Employment Type: Permanent - Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm with 1 Saturday a month.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Basic Plus OTE (average additional £20k+ per annum)



Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on converting inbound, qualified leads into satisfied customers. If you're a natural relationship builder with a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Handle incoming sales inquiries and convert leads into clients through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Answer existing clients’ queries and assist with customer support.
  • Utilise CRM: Effectively manage leads, callbacks and customer interactions using our online CRM, email and telephony system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales-adjacent role with a proven track record of success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using online CRMs and managing emails.
  • Relationship Building: A natural ability to create and nurture client relationships.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle challenges and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Initiative: Be self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customer requirements
