Sales Growth and Experience Manager

Job Description

About us:

The Natural Dispensary is more than just a distributor of products. We believe: in nature’s wisdom, in the value of qualified healthcare practitioners, that health is nuanced, relational and deeply human.

As we grow and evolve it matters that we name what anchors us. In a world that often moves fast, loud and aggressively, we choose to move with care and clarity. Choosing better, partnership and integrity over more and inauthenticity.

We are building the Home of Natural Healthcare, a place our industry deserves. A place where practitioners feel supported, suppliers feel respected, teams feel safe, and community is not a slogan but a lived experience. We are continuing to build a workplace that people are proud to be part of and want to grow and prosper within, which ever role they hold. We treat each other kindness and care, not being afraid to challenge positively with the intent of honesty and transparency. If you are looking to join a team and a company that genuinely cares about this industry, then keep an eye on our vacancies.
