Together, we're reimagining the future of technology.About the RoleThe Regional Sales Lead will spearhead and manage the entire sales operation across Latin America (LATAM). This key role is responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy, leading and mentoring the LATAM sales team, managing key accounts, and ensuring all efforts align with global business and revenue targets. This person will establish and maintain relationships with key retailers and carriers/operators to drive product sales and visibility.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective execution of sales initiatives.Develop and lead the sales strategy for LATAM in line with global objectives.Manage the regional sales budget, provide accurate sales forecasts, and take full ownership of the LATAM sales P&L (Profit and Loss).Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with potential distributors, open market retailers, telecom carriers, and other distribution channels.Manage relationships with key distributors, retailers and carriers to ensure optimal product placement and promotional opportunities.Conduct in-depth market analysis, track competitor activity, and provide strategic reports to leadership on market trends and performance.Align sales activities with overall business and marketing strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.RequirementsProven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the consumer electronics or tech industry, including direct management of a regional sales team.Demonstrable success in managing regional P&L, budget, and sales forecasting.Strong ability to manage key accounts and establish long-lasting relationships with retailers and carriers.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.Fluent in both Spanish (for local communication and client relationships) and English (for internal company communication).Ability to travel within LATAM as needed.
