SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - DUAL ROLE - CLAPHAM

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well known independent estate agency specialising in residential Sales & Lettings in Clapham. They are searching for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This role will suit a highly driven London sales or lettings agent or graduate who is looking to develop their skills within a successful office.

Duties/functions of the role:
Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants and buyers
Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords and vendors to successfully garner offers
Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
Building strong relationships with landlords, vendors, prospective and existing tenants and buyers and colleagues
Completing the appropriate paperwork to create a smooth lettings and sales process
Managing the lettings and sales process from offer to move in

Requirements of the role:
Experience as a sales or lettings negotiator would be preferred
A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
Must be well spoken and well presented
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong IT skills

Salary budgets: £20,000 - £30,000 basic salary DOE, £45,000 - £60,000 OTE

Required working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3/4 Saturdays (5 day working week)
