My client is a leading events business delivering exceptional experiences across exhibitions and live events. Known for their creativity, reliability, and results-driven approach, they partner with leading brands and organisations to bring ambitious ideas to life.


They are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business growth.


The Role


As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales pipeline from first contact to contract close.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients and partners
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, and negotiation
  • Prepare tailored event proposals and pricing structures
  • Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting


About You


  • Proven experience in event sales or a related B2B sales role
  • Strong understanding of the events industry and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A confident relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach
  • Highly organised, target-driven, and commercially minded
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Willing to attend events and occasional out-of-hours work
