We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven House Builder Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting CTD products and solutions within the Scotland area. You will develop and nurture business relationships with key stakeholders to drive profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets. Identify decision makers within each customer/prospect account and develop strategic business-to-business relationships. Gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements.
