Sales Manager - Programmatic / Data

London Hybrid

£50–70k + commission


We’re working with a high-growth adtech business looking to hire a commercially driven Channel Sales Manager to focus on the UK market.


This is a brilliant opportunity to join a company at the forefront of identity-free targeting, with real ownership over revenue growth and partner strategy.


What you’ll be doing:

• Driving revenue through the sale of data segments into SSPs, DSPs, agencies and brands

• Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

• Building and growing strategic partnerships across the programmatic ecosystem

• Working closely with internal teams to shape product and go-to-market strategy

• Managing pipeline, forecasting and performance against targets


What they’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience in programmatic, data or adtech sales

• Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs and the wider programmatic landscape

• Proven track record hitting revenue targets

• Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach

• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
