Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our training SaaS solutions across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role suited to a strategic sales professional with strong experience in training solutions, aviation security (AVSEC), and regulatory-led sales environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a robust sales strategy across AVSEC and non-AVSEC market verticals to consistently achieve sales targets. Identify, engage, and convert high-value opportunities, including C-suite and government stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, airports, civil aviation authorities, and regulatory bodies.
