Due to continued growth, our award-winning Estate Agency client is seeking an Experienced Sales Manager to join their successful Mortgage Services team. You will work on a full-time permanent basis and will be based within their main hub based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that prides itself on providing an exceptional service to all its customers! You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the advisor teams ensuring targets are met. You will also manage team productivity, maintain key relationships, and provide support to advisors. You will also be responsible for overseeing the progression team ensuring KPIs are met whilst driving continuous improvements across the board.
