A European manufacturer of industrial sensing is hiring a European Sales Manager to own revenue and gross margin across mainland Europe, Scandinavia, and Turkey.

About the Role

This is a senior, field-based sales role covering distributor management, direct key-account sales, and new business development. You will own the territory end-to-end, travel extensively, and work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional revenue and margin targets
• Manage and expand distributor network
• Develop key accounts and new customers
• Identify new market and product opportunities
• Represent the business at trade events

Qualifications

• B2B technical sales experience
• International sales and distributor management
• Experience selling physical, technical products
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Engineering, science degree, or equivalent experience
