Role Summary

Are you a seasoned Sales Manager with a passion for Audio Visual and Videoconferencing technology? Do you thrive on driving new business, developing impactful sales campaigns, and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations?


We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function across our Manchester and Reading offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that delivers cutting-edge AV and collaboration solutions to organisations across the UK.


As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape and influence the future direction of our sales strategy and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a dispersed sales team across both offices.
  • Drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns aimed at both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and support company growth.
  • Contribute to the broader leadership team, supporting business-wide decisions and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics, reporting on progress to senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure continued success.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager within the Audio Visual industry.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong understanding of AV and videoconferencing technologies and the industry landscape.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with regular travel between offices and to client sites.
