Role Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven REMOTE Vet Channel Sales Manager to lead and scale the veterinary channel across the UK & Ireland. This is a senior, remote leadership role with full ownership of the veterinary P&L, focused on delivering sustainable, profitable growth while strengthening long-term partnerships within the veterinary community.
Operating within a culture that is science-led, collaborative, and growth-oriented, you will take responsibility for commercial performance across independent practices and corporate groups. You will lead a high-performing field team, influence cross-functional priorities, and act as the senior commercial voice of the veterinary channel internally.
Key Responsibilities: Full commercial ownership of the veterinary channel, including sales-in, sales-out, forecasting, and P&L delivery.
Develop and expand partnerships with corporate veterinary groups and independent practices.
Lead tender strategy and execution across the UK and selected international markets.
Manage, coach, and develop a field team (3 sales representatives and 1 analyst).
Collaborate with Marketing and Scientific teams to deliver campaigns, KOL engagement, education initiatives, and new product launches.
Drive data-led decision-making across forecasting, customer prioritisation, and resource allocation, representing the channel at senior leadership level.
What they are looking for: Significant commercial leadership experience within the veterinary or animal health sector.
Demonstrable ownership of channel P&L, including revenue growth, margin delivery, and forecast accuracy.
Proven success managing and expanding both corporate accounts and independent veterinary customers.
Experience leading and developing field-based sales teams with clear performance structures.
Track record of winning, retaining, and managing commercial tenders.
