NEW HOMES SALES MANAGER Basic Salary: £45,000 £55,000 (depending on experience) The Opportunity On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be instrumental in delivering sales targets, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and coach Sales Executives to achieve reservation, exchange and completion targets
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and hold team members accountable
Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans
Take a commercially focused approach to sales releases and deal structuring in line with market conditions
Ensure the CRM system (HubSpot) is maintained accurately, with consistent and timely customer communication
