Pear Recruitment: Sales Negotiator Northwood Salary: £20,000 + Com OTE £45,000 - £50,000 Hours: Mon- Thurs 9am -6.30pm , Fri 9am -6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am -4pm
This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career with a respected and established Estate Agency who are looking for an experience Sales Negotiator for their branch in Northwood. The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and a target driven individual with previous estate Agency experience with the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities. You will be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Duties Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents Attending viewings, valuations, surveys, and other meetings as required Maintaining applicant database Progress Sales from offer stage through to completion Obtaining mortgage leads Updating Systems and records in an accurate and thorough manner to capture all relevant information.
