Sales Negotiator £25/26k base, 30k OTE Derbyshire Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30, Saturday 9:00-16:00 (alternate Saturdays) Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a leading local, independent Estate Agent in Derbyshire.
Duties will include:
Liaising and maintaining excellent relationships with both Vendors & Prospective buyers Booking valuations, arranging viewings & negotiating offer Photographing properties & creating virtual tours, using Giraffe360 Progressing sales, updating both Vendors & Purchaser Making solicitor & mortgage referrals Working to deadlines What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within the property industry Strong geographical understanding of the Derbyshire region and surrounding areas Enthusiastic & polite individual with excellent organisational skills Someone who enjoys working with the public and thrives in sales roles I.T Literate - with the ability to use CRM systems & photography equipment Access to your own transportApply NOW to avoid disappointment!
