WANTED!  Senior Sales Negotiator required in Chigwell to conduct viewings, progress sales, value properties, and win instructions while delivering excellent service and securing successful outcomes for buyers and vendors.

A busy independent residential estate agency in Chigwell is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to handle the full sales process, from generating and converting leads to progressing transactions through to completion.

You will be involved in conducting viewings, negotiating offers, valuing properties, and winning new instructions, playing a key role in maintaining and growing the branch’s market presence.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Valuing properties and providing accurate market appraisals
• Winning new instructions and securing listings for the branch
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Progressing sales from offer through to completion
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
• Delivering high levels of customer service throughout the process
• Maintaining up-to-date records and CRM systems
• Supporting the branch in achieving sales targets and business growth
• Assisting with marketing materials and property listings

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
• Proven ability to value properties and win instructions
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Confident, professional, and well-presented approach
• Target-focused with a proactive mindset
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy environment
• Good local knowledge of Chigwell and surrounding areas preferred
• Full UK driving licence desirable
