This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic, confident, and organised individual who wants to work in a flourishing and lucrative area.Key Responsibilities:Handling inquiries and conducting property viewingsPresenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.Liaising between vendors, buyers, and solicitors, to ensure a smooth processGenerating valuation opportunities within the patch.Produce the relevant paperwork required.Managing administrative tasksMeeting and exceeding targetsRequirements:6 months+ experience is residential sales, preferably in the area.A full UK Driving LicenceStrong communication skills (both verbal and written)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficientlyWhat' On Offer:Basic Salary: £20,000 + 4-month guarantee of £30,000Realistic OTE for your first year: £45,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)Tiered commission structure; earn 10% - 15% on every dealLarge potential bonuses linked to performanceAccess to pool carsA fast-paced and supportive work environment in with a close-knit teamWorking Hours: Mon-Thursday 08:50-18:30, Friday 08:50-4:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00 If you're a motivated individual looking to launch or further your career in residential sales, we want to hear from you!
