Strategy Decoded is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Sales & Office Administrator to support its portfolio across the UK. This hybrid role blends sales & forecast coordination, operational & administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and brings structure and efficiency to a scaling business.

LOCATION & HOURS: This is an office based role (4 days a week and 1 day home office). The role will include some early or late shifts and occasional weekend work to support events and trade shows. 


Sales Admin Tasks

·       Update and distribute weekly/monthly/yearly sales reports on time

·       Request sales report, stock reports and rankings from retail partners

·       Stock management and forecasting for all brands 

·       New account set up

·       Submitting new line form for new launches

·       Update stockist trackers / assortment by store

·       Prospecting new potential accounts – research and approach 


Warehouse management 

·       Build, nurture and manage relationships with all 3PL accounts

·       Be the main Point of contact for all 3PL accounts


Ordering

·       Place orders for all brands

·       Communicate with all retailers any updates on orders / out of stocks

·       Place orders for all FOC stock with relevant brands

·       Order stationary and supplies for the office

·       Update order forms for all accounts and issue to relevant retailers


Events 

·       Support with event set ups and de-rigs (early morning / evening shifts required)

·       Planning and ordering for events


Office Management

·       Oversee general office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.

·       Manage all stock and supplies for the office 

·       Product send outs to KOL’s / Retailers / Press / new accounts 

·       Manage office space – tidy/organised at all times

·       Unpack deliveries 



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


·                At least 1 years’ experience of working within an office environment

·                Excellent excel skills

·                Previous experience with forecasting and sales reporting an advantage
