Salary: Circa £39,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus -based on Personal KPIs

Were recruiting a Sales Office Manager for a well-established 4-star hotel in Solihull, offering a role that blends sales office leadership with hands-on revenue management exposure . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reservations, Sales Office, or Revenue-focused professional looking to step into a broader commercial role with clear scope and support.
Youll take ownership of the Reservations and Meetings & Events sales function while working closely with the General Manager to support pricing, forecasting, and distribution decisions across rooms and events. The role is operationally involved but balanced, with hybrid working flexibility available once youre fully embedded in the business.
The Role
Lead and develop the Reservations and Meetings & Events sales team of 3, creating a proactive, conversion-focused culture
Manage day-to-day sales office performance, pace, enquiry handling, and conversion
Support revenue strategy across rooms and events, including pricing, yield, and channel mix
Monitor forecasts, budgets, and pick-up to identify risks and opportunities
Produce regular reports and insights to inform commercial decision-making
Work in partnership with the General Manager and wider leadership team to drive performance
What Were Looking For
Experience as a Sales Office Manager, Reservations Manager, or Revenue Manager within a hotel environment
Strong commercial awareness with a working knowledge of revenue management principles
Confidence with forecasting, pace, budgets, and distribution channels (OTA, CRS, GDS)
Comfortable using hotel systems ( Guestline PMS experience desirable)
A people-focused leader who can motivate teams and improve conversion and results
