We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Office Manager to keep our sales engine running smoothly.
You’ll be at the heart of the operation—supporting the sales team, managing office processes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

DUTIES
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales office
* Maintain systems, processes, and supplies
* Provide hands-on admin and coordination support
* Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation
* Track performance and monitor KPIs
* Be the go-to contact for customer enquiries
* Prepare accurate quotations and manage orders
* Handle queries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
