Take the lead in a busy, corporate and events-focused 4-star hotel in the heart of Blackburn. Part of a premium UK leisure group, our award-winning property is known for excellence, hosting high-profile corporate conferences, events, and private hire experiences. Were looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded Sales Office Manager to drive revenue, lead our MICE sales team, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless, high-quality experience.

What Youll Do Lead and motivate the sales team, converting enquiries and maximising upsell opportunities. Manage day-to-day event sales, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance. Build strong client relationships to secure repeat business. Oversee event planning and delivery, ensuring flawless execution every time.

About You Proven experience in sales & events in a corporate 4-star hotel (100+ rooms, leisure facilities). Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving revenue targets. Hands-on, organised, and confident in leading a team. Delphi knowledge is a bonus.
