Job Title: Sales Operations Director, EMEA Location: London – Hybrid Overview We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Operations Director to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. Sitting at the intersection of sales strategy, technology, and analytics, you will be responsible for building, automating, and optimizing the systems that drive predictable revenue growth. You will replace manual processes with intelligent automation, deploy AI‑driven sales tools where required, and provide actionable, predictive insights to sales leadership. The ideal candidate is a “player‑coach” who can define high‑level revenue strategy, dive into complex datasets while designing long‑term GTM strategies, and ensure that processes are optimized for efficiency. This position will manage a team and support the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Sales team as part of the broader Revenue Operations team. The role will lead and execute sales reporting, data analytics and insights, territory management, master data management and other revenue operations activities in support of field, channel, key account and/or management for sales teams in EMEA. You will work with geo sales management and reps to ensure timely and appropriate information sharing, reporting and management of daily processes to enhance sales results and customer experience while improving operational efficiency. To be successful, you need a strong analytical background, proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to conduct in‑depth analysis and provide actionable insights, and excellent communication and project management skills. You must also work effectively within a team and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Services organizations. Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual sales planning, including territory design, quota setting, and capacity planning. Develop accurate revenue forecasts and actionable sales reports for executive leadership. Process Optimization: Analyze the entire sales funnel to identify bottlenecks. Revamp sales processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity management) to accelerate sales cycles and increase conversion rates. Technology Stack Adoption: Leverage existing sales technology stack, including CRM (Salesforce/Tableau/Forma) administration, integrations, and drive adoption to optimize existing processes. Data Analytics & Reporting: Create comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), pipeline velocity, and win rates. Translate complex data into actionable insights. Sales Enablement & Compensation: Collaborate with Enablement and Commission team to design and administer sales incentive compensation programs (SIP) that drive desired behaviors. Partner with enablement teams to onboard and train sales staff. Cross‑Functional Alignment: Align sales initiatives with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient go‑to‑market execution.
Manage 1‑2 analysts and report to the VP, Revenue Operations APAC & EMEA. Part of APAC & EMEA and Global Revenue Operations team. Qualifications
Strong Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Experience in data analytics and report building in Tableau and Salesforce systems preferred. Proven ability to communicate to all levels within the organization. Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy. AI/Technical Proficiency: Deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce (Admin certification preferred) and proven success in implementing AI‑driven sales intelligence or automation tools. Data Science Aptitude: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel) to turn chaotic datasets into actionable business intelligence. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to connect operational tasks to big‑picture business goals. Understands and can quickly grasp and communicate the relationship between processes and systems. Ability to work independently and successfully execute complex assignments in an ever‑changing EMEA environment with minimal guidance and correctly setting expectations with all stakeholders in a project. Demonstrate sound judgment and common sense. Extensive operations experience, preferably in a software company. Bachelor degree in business, finance or operations; MBA preferred.
