You’ll play a key role in optimising processes, managing data, supporting business development, and empowering our sales teams.What you’ll do:Own sales data, reporting and dashboards – providing insights for leadership.Develop and refine sales processes, policies, and go-to-market strategies.Support new business development and bid management (RFPs/RFIs).Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, lead qualification, and prospect mapping.Manage and optimise HubSpot to enhance sales pipeline visibility.Deliver training, onboarding and enablement tools for the sales team.What we’re looking for:Experience in a fast-paced sales environment (software/insurance sector desirable).Strong business acumen with excellent organisation and communication skills.Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.Skilled in relationship building and data-driven decision-making.Eurobase is recognised for delivering innovative solutions across the insurance sector.
