We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator / Order Coordinator to join our client's Inside Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales admin, order processing, or sales coordination experience—especially if you enjoy working in a technical or engineering-led environment. You’ll act as the central hub between customers, sales, engineering, and production, ensuring orders move smoothly from quote through to delivery. Your day-to-day will include:
Processing and coordinating customer orders for technical equipment Reviewing specifications to ensure products are accurately configured and fit for purpose Communicating with customers, distributors, and internal teams to keep everything on track Managing order entry and updates within ERP systems Supporting resolution of any delivery or application queries Collaborating with engineering, production, and procurement teams Getting involved in process improvements and projectsSkills and Experience required:
