Sales Parts Representative
New Yesterday
This is not your typical delivery role, it’s a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you’ll be at the heart of the action, driving parts sales, building lasting relationships, and playing a vital role in keeping customers and engineers moving. If you enjoy being out in the field, spotting opportunities, and making a real impact, this role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, variety, and responsibility.
Covering Glasgow and the surrounding areas, you’ll take full ownership of your territory, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and grow sales. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with occasional overtime depending on business needs.
What you’ll be doing
Driving Customer Relationships & Sales

Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, becoming their go-to contact
*
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and maximise every sales opportunity
*
Handle enquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively, always delivering a first-class service
Parts Delivery & Stock Control
*
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts to customers and field engineers
*
Take ownership of stock management, keeping engineer vans and parts containers fully stocked, organised, and ready to go
Using Data to Drive Performance
*
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer demands
*
Use sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
*
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and stock levels
*
Produce regular reports to support smarter decision-making and drive performance

A proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive attitude

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships

Confidence in upselling and identifying new business opportunities

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with confidence
*
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
