Basic £24K with £500 per month guaranteed bonus for min of 3 months Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage. They are expanding and want to increase their Sales Progression Team - they are so busy and need another 2 on the Team! You will be a confident and experienced Conveyancing or Sales Progressor who is used to managing your own personal portfolio of properties throughout the UK, progressing these to completion in a timely manner. We would also love applications from Sales Negotiators with at least one years experience who want to take that next step in their career and move to a Progressor role. So your Estate Agency or Conveyancing experience will truly progress your career here! Your day to day role will be: Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties a target which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably.
