Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities
- Build and develop relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key stakeholders
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions
- Provide support in theatre, ensuring confidence and effective product use
- Support and lead product launches across your region
- Collaborate with marketing to execute local strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer service to grow and retain accounts
Experience:
- Surgical orthopaedic sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
- Full valid driving licence
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
