About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of the company, conducting 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily with homeowners eager to transform their conservatories. You'll utilise your consultative selling skills to demonstrate the value of Thermotec, emphasising its energy-saving, comfort-enhancing, and acoustic insulation benefits.

What You'll Do as a Sales Representative:

• Conduct 2-3 in-home presentations daily with pre-qualified appointments (provided by us!).
• Build rapport with homeowners and understand their needs.
• Clearly explain the benefits of Thermotec Insulated Roofing, emphasising energy savings, comfort, and acoustic improvements.
• Use provided POS materials to deliver engaging presentations.
• Confidently discuss technical specifications and financing options.

Who We're Looking for in a Sales Representative:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in home improvement or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A consultative selling approach with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Self-inspired and results-oriented.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and own a vehicle.
